293T-HCT116 Proteome Comparison This file contains a summary of protein abundances from a TMT experiment comparing 5 vs. 5 293T and HCT116 cell lysates. Data were quantified with real-time search MS3 quantitation as described in Erickson et al. (2019) J. Prot. Res 18(3):1299-1306. Data were also analyzed in Huttlin et al.
